Casa Maat at JW Marriott Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa

Our family of four, traveling with children, had an unforgettable stay at this JW Marriott property. The hotel offered a semi all-inclusive service, with breakfast and dinner beautifully prepared and served, and lighter options such as chips and sandwiches available at lunch. The food was delicious, and every meal felt thoughtful and well-prepared. The atmosphere was very private, allowing us to truly relax and unwind. The butler service was exceptional—polite, attentive, and always ready to assist—which made our stay even more comfortable. All of the staff were genuinely friendly, and the housekeeping was flawless, keeping everything spotless and welcoming. Every detail of our experience was satisfying, and we are grateful for the wonderful memories we created here. We would highly recommend this property for families looking for both comfort and elegance.

I loved it here! Ricardo really took care of us, along with the rest of the staff! They were all extremely attentive to our needs. They gave us excellent guidance, service, and we appreciated all of them so much! We will be coming back to this location it is truly an amazing property. It was extremely relaxing and you wake up with the sound of the waves crashing and fall asleep to that.

Amazing experience and exceptional customer service throughout every interaction we had onsite. We loved the laidback vibe in this area of the properly, and really appreciated the incredible attention to detail that each staff member exhibited. I also loved the flexibility to go onto the JW side to enjoy their restaurants for dinner.

We spent a few days at Casa Maat and had a fantastic experience. We’ve been to Los Cabos several times and typically stay at hotel on the corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. On this trip, we decided to stay at Puerto Los Cabos which is very near San Jose del Cabo. San Jose is a quieter, quaint, artsy town. Casa Maat did not disappoint. The hotel is part of the JW Marriott so you get to enjoy all of the amenities of the JW Marriott but have your own quiet space in Casa Maat, which has under 50 rooms. The customer service was excellent. Abraham and Ricardo are excellent managers and the staff is fantastic. The hotel provides excellent sunrise and sunset views. Additionally, we were able to whale watch right from our pool chairs! The hotel offers a nice complimentary breakfast buffet, midday snacks and an excellent dinner daily! I highly recommend the hotel!

Great vacation destination. Casa Maat within the JW Marriott was a fabulous choice! The butler service was excellent. Abraham, Francisco, Ricardo and Jesus were available to help ensure our trip was perfect! Team at the pool and dining were friendly, attentive and felt like friends by the time our vacation was over. Zitlali was amazing. Friendly smile, addressing us by name and ensuring we had everything we needed. Eduardo handled dinner (and wine) with ease regardless of how many people he was serving! The team at Casa Maat really enjoy their jobs and it shows! We will definitely return!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Maat at the JW Marriott in Cabo. From the moment we arrived, the staff and butlers went above and beyond, they were so attentive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our visit. The property itself is gorgeous, peaceful, and impeccably clean. Every morning, we looked forward to the breakfast buffet, it was delicious and beautifully presented. The chef even surprised us by making gluten-free pancakes for our daughter without us having to ask, simply because they knew about her dietary needs. That level of care meant so much to us! Our kids loved the Kids Club… it was fun, safe, and well run and we truly appreciated having that time to relax. The spa was stunning and incredibly serene, offering the perfect way to unwind. Overall, Casa Maat exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, family-friendly getaway in Cabo.
